Katlama are flaky, round pastries stuffed with spicy meat, which are fried and eaten with a sauce or not. They go very well with tomato ketchup, or Raf’s special spicy sauce.
This description doesn’t do the katlama any justice, they are addictive, tasty, and highly recommended.
Abdul’s Cafe and Diner is one of the few places left that makes them fresh, so grab them while you can.
